System Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and usability of the Re-Twin Energy Web App, please make sure your system meets the following requirements:

Hardware Requirements:

  • A desktop or laptop computer (mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are not supported).
  • At least 4GB of RAM (16GB recommended for larger datasets).
  • A stable internet connection (broadband recommended).

Browser Requirements:

  • Our preferred browsers are the latest versions of Google Chrome and Safari.
  • We also support Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, but these are not our preferred options, and we cannot guarantee that our applications will run as smoothly as they do in the recommended browsers.
  • JavaScript and cookies must be enabled for full functionality.
  • Internet Explorer is not supported (legacy browsers are not compatible).
